The Finca Son Orellet is a very luminous and charming single-family house of 166 functional m2 divided into 2 floors, located in the municipal district of Porreres. Completely surrounded by nature, it has wonderful clear views to the plain countryside as well as to the Santuari de Monti-Sion in Porreres.

The house, newly renovated, has been thoughtfully decorated with a Mediterranean style that will delight those design lovers. It is fully equipped with all conveniences in order to guarantee a pleasant and unforgettable stay. It consists of 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and one suite on the upper floor, all of them with natural light, as well as two fully equipped bathrooms in each floor.

The suite on the upper floor has a king size bed with canopy (2,00m x 2,00m) and on the ground floor there is a room with double bed (1,35m x 2,00m) and another room with two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m). All rooms have an adjustable ceiling fan. On the ground floor there is a big reception hall and living room with sofa and satellite TV. There is also a chimney to create a nice atmosphere during the winter months.

It has a beautiful old style kitchen, fully furnished and equipped, and there is the possibility to barbecue on the 24 sq. m. outside terrace. The house has also a large terrace at the front with two ‘gandules’—Mallorcan style hammocks—where you can sunbathe in the morning. Next to the terrace you will also find a small porch with an authentic wood oven where you can cook delicious meals.

On the upper floor there is a very spacious 26 sq. m. suite and a living room with sofa or chaise lounge and satellite TV.
